At Lillypilly Place new dreams for historic properties are born, honouring the craftsmanship of the past while designing for the future. Today, it stands proudly as the home of Lillypilly Studio.

As a specialised interior design studio, we focus on the sympathetic restoration, adaptive reuse, and interior curation of heritage and character residences, as well as civic buildings.

We understand that preserving a historic home requires more than just beautiful design; it requires a deep respect for the original fabric and period details. That is why we are more than a design agency. We operate as a dedicated partner to our clients, collaborating closely with specialist heritage trades and master artisans to ensure every restoration is executed with authenticity and care.

To further support our community of custodians, Lillypilly Place proudly co-convenes the Owners Network with the Heritage Skills Association of Western Australia. This dedicated initiative connects owners of heritage and character homes with trusted, vetted specialist trades, premium suppliers, and—equally importantly—with each other.
